Diederik van Silfhout

Diederik van Silfhout grew up in a true dressage family as the son of Grand Prix rider and later national coach Alex van Silfhout. The foundation for his successful career in top-level sport was therefore laid from a young age.

Diederik developed into a successful Grand Prix rider himself and gained international recognition with multiple horses. He is known for top horses such as Arlando, Vorst, Dante U.S. and Bonzanjo, with whom he competed at the highest level.

With his extensive experience in the sport and his strong feel for training, Diederik has also established himself as a highly skilled trainer and producer of dressage horses. From Stal van Silfhout, based in Lunteren, he works daily on developing horses towards the highest level, with great attention to correctness, balance and mindset.

With his combination of top sport experience and training expertise, Diederik van Silfhout is a valuable asset to the dressage world as well as to our auction.
